Gabriel Axis
Privacy & Terms
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Plain-language terms for working with Gabriel Axis (Adam Gabriel, Lahore, Pakistan). Questions: hello@gabrielaxis.com.
Privacy
- When you send the contact form, your name, email, the service you picked and your message are emailed to me. I use them only to reply to you and to work on your project.
- I never sell your details. They are shared only with the services needed to run this site and bill you: Hostinger (website hosting and email) and Payoneer (invoices).
- This site has no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, and video thumbnails load from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com) when a page opens. The video player itself uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only loads after you click play.
- To see or delete what I hold about you, email hello@gabrielaxis.com.
Terms
Services
Faceless YouTube videos, color grading and post-production, music videos, AI videos and reels, and shoots, as described on this site or in a written quote.
Payment
- Payment is made by invoice through Payoneer (card or bank transfer), before work starts.
- Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of each month. You can cancel anytime before the next month starts.
- Founding client prices stay the same for the first 5 channels for as long as their plan continues.
Scripts, revisions and delivery
- You approve each script before production, and can change it as much as you like at that stage.
- Each video includes up to 2 rounds of revisions after delivery.
- A trial video is delivered within 3 business days after you approve its script. Monthly plans follow the weekly schedule we agree on.
Ownership
Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the delivered videos and scripts. You don't need to credit me.
Results and YouTube policy
There is no guarantee of views, subscribers, growth or monetization; those depend on YouTube and your channel. You are responsible for the topics you choose and for following YouTube's policies on your channel.
Refunds
A trial can be refunded only if work on it has not started. Delivered videos are not refundable, but their revisions still apply.
These terms are a plain summary, not legal advice. A written quote or agreement for a specific project takes priority over them.
